Syneca Research Group
Research Group was formed by Douglas Campbell Ph.D. in November 1995. Syneca operated as a small business for four years prior to gaining SBA 8(a) certification in March 1999.
As a retired U.S. Navy Intelligence officer with a PhD in Computer Security, Dr. Campbell initially focused his companies' efforts on research and engineering of air traffic management and airspace engineering supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Syneca has gained recognition as technical advisor to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Air Traffic Management Operational Concept Panel (ATMCP) and is instrumental in formulation of evolutionary changes in international airspace management and flight control.
Supporting the U.S. Navy and SPAWAR, Syneca's knowledge of Information Warfare and Information Assurance lead to the emergence of the Information Technology and Information Security based solutions business focus. Syneca has since expanded this offering supporting other contracts and clients including NASA and FAA.
Today, Syneca is growing and has expanded with new clients and new business focus. We continue to define and strengthen our capabilities to deliver Research, Engineering, Information Technology and Publishing Solutions to clients. See our growing list of books under Publications
