Leave and Holidays:
Full-time employees receive 15 days of paid time off, including vacation and sick leave and 10 holidays off each year.
Medical insurance is available on the first day of the month following employee’s hire date.
Dental insurance is available on the first day of the month following employee’s hire date. If employee is hired on the first day of the month, coverage begins on that day.
Vision care is a benefit included with health insurance overage only.
Full-time employees are provided life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at the firm’s expense.
Supplemental Life Insurance/AD&D:
Employees may purchase additional increments of supplemental life insurance and AD&D.
Both short-term and long-term disability insurance coverage is provided to employees at the firm’s expense. Employees may purchase additional increments of short-term and long-term disability.
Travel Accident Insurance:
Travel accident insurance coverage is mandatory for employees who travel on company business and is provided at the firm’s expense.
Full-time employees qualify for educational assistance to continue their education.
Military Reserve Leave:
Military reserve leave is granted to full-time employees, who are members of the reserves.
401(K) Savings Plan:
After three months on the job, full-time employees may participate in the 401(K) savings plan. No company match available at this time.
Employee contributions to a health care account and a dependent care account allow eligible employees to increase spendable dollars through tax savings.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
A 24-hours-a-day, 7-days a-week, confidential counseling and referral program is available for employees and their family members.
Automatically deposit funds from your paycheck into employee’s account at a financial institution.
Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union:
Employees are eligible to open accounts, apply for loans, and obtain credit cards with Atlantic Federal Credit Union. A variety of other member services are offered.
